I was doing a research about honey. And I found out some great facts about it. Honey is said to posses antimicrobial properties, it can be a great help for weight loss and good for diabetic people. In one source, I have also read that honey can be good for hypertension. Does anyone know how to prepare a herbal remedy with honey for hypertension?

Hi phoenix35!
Yes, I have read online about honey and its antimicrobial properties. I also read online, based on clinical trials that honey with apple cider vinegar taken before a meal can help lower blood pressure.
My mother is hypertensive and she don't want to take in synthetic medicines because of the side effects so she prefer alternative treatments. I've read that one tablespoon of honey with 2 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water is great for controlling blood pressure.
She is taking it for 3 months now and her blood pressure is within normal range, so, I think that this is effective.
