I came across a website that suggest that drinking milk is good for your health which I think is a common knowledge. Ever since I read the benefits of drinking milk before bedtime on that website, I started drinking milk everyday but find it too expensive since I buy the fresh milk not the powdered milk. When I checked online to see other healthy food again, I stumbled upon a site that says Moringa (Malungay) offers more that 4 times the calcium milk can offer. I'm know taking in Malungay supplement and continue drinking milk. I just wished I don't get my self overdoes with all the calcium that's going in my body.

Moringa is a plant. I is actually eaten as vegie here in the Philippines. I am not sure though if you have it there in Australia but is it known to be a good source of important nutrients our body needs.

That good. Calcium is very important especially for our bones. It help to prevent osteoporosis, strong teeth among other benefits. I would advice you to continue taking natural food rather than supplements. Too much calcium can be harmful. Eggs are also rich in calcium.
