This problem is one major pain in the neck!
Computers! We use them everyday! We surf, we check on facebook, watch crazy youtube videos, downloading movies and music and whatever else to pass the time.
BUT!!
...have you ever had a project, research or paper to finish and then your computer(the conniving thing) suddenly breaks down? And just when you really need it? Yep, it happens!
Has this ever happened to you? What did you do to solve the problem?

Yep! You are lucky indeed! How much do you earn from your cafe business? I plan to tell my parents to start one too, it's good business nowadays. Everyone's like using computers, even the kids!

Hi! Oh yes, this happened to me so many times! Ain't it just a pain? The computer works like magic when I don't need it for anything important but for entertainment and leisure purposes.. Just surfing the web, reading, checking email, paying bills, etc.
Then bam! When I need last minute information to finish my homework, the computer takes forever to load and things freezes left to right. Or when I need to get directions and address of places, the computer decides it needs to update which can take a while. Not only the computer breaks down, I hate it also when the internet decides not to work when I need to send in my paper to my professor through email with a deadline. I'm restarting the internet, re-plugging all the wires, repairing the internet like a mad woman and an hour later, it still doesn't work. And when I turn on the computer to try again after the deadline, bam! the internet is up and running smoothly!

That's very very unfortunate. I wonder if the computer is trying to pull a mean prank on us?

Though I have not yet faced such a situation, I know that it will be very painful. My friends have also the similar experience as you mentioned. Whenever they need to apply for an exam or when they are in a project, their computer shuts down. But, definitely I will help them on situations like that.

Oh yes! But not to the point that I would lose a whole entire project or assignment! If that happened, I would be so angry and frustrated! My computer is pretty old and it's not that good so the more I download and shove things on it, the slower and laggy it gets. I have tried so many programs to get it to run faster but it doesn't make much of a difference. When it does get really slow, I simply reformat it but it takes a lot of time. There were times where I was working on an assignment and wrote like a whole paragraph and it sounded so good before I tried to save it but it lagged and the document closed on itself. I was so angry and I had to write that whole entire paragraph again. Other times, I was in the middle of a good game or movie and the window just turned blank and exited itself out. My computer is pretty crazy!

Yes it happened a lot of time to me in the past. Sometimes my computer frezing when i chatting with my friend, browsing, or playing games. But it can be solved by restarting the computer. The worst is when i need the computer to finish my paper for school and suddenly the computer freezing and couldnt get back to normal even after i restarted it. Sometimes when i need it for my other works rhe computer attacked by a virus that make my computer cant functioned properly and couldnt finish my job too. It is a very frustating experience for me. Sometimes the computer can be fixed on time so i could continue my work but when it cannot be fixed then i'm forced to do my work from my relative's or friend's computer.

It's ironic why they work for games and chatting but for important reasons the computer goes crazy all of a sudden, further delaying us from finishing our papers and other important task! Another thing is, the printer also runs out of ink when you need to have something printed as soon as possible. We should be more prepared to prevent problems like this from happening in the future.

I think that is just one of the risks of computers. I don't know how many times computers have had something go wrong when I need them most, last year was a perfect example of that I had to by a brand new disk after a severe crash. I always try to backup everything though, like have a pen and disk with my important documents and photographs, last year I nearly lost a lot of photos of my late Gran and I frantically used every data recovery program I could until I recovered most of them. the problem is if you computer crashes before you can back up the information or the backup pen crashes, but fortunately most data recovery programs work well with pens and cds.
