Have you heard of a site called eJury? Tis a website with weird concept. It is like a sample trial where you will act as one of the jurors but you get paid doing so. I think its a weird but interesting concept, plus they pay via PayPal payment processor. Only that, they're exclusive for US citizens. :P

I've never heard of it but I'd be interested in checking it out! Anything that pays legitimately online I'm interested in trying. I'm in the U.S. so that part is not a problem.

I just signed up! I have no idea if I'll get any cases or not - I'm in Maryland, not the state where this started, but who knows? They pay five to ten dollars per case - as they say, one case a week could pay for your internet service.

Yes. I signed up for it but I was never called. An ejury has to be requested by the lawyers, and the jurors have to come from within a specific geographical area relative to the courthouse. So, a man from Wisconsin will not be called upon to hear a case in Pennsylvania. My problem is that there are not enough lawyers in my area requesting this service.

when did you sign up for it? I'm in Maryland which is near Pennsylvania so I am wondering how long you've been with them without being called.

Hi Cont3ss4, actually it is not a weird concept.
This online jury thing has been around for ages.
Those defense lawyers have to prepare for the defense, and they want to know how the common folks think of it.
If those online jurors are not convinced, then the lawyers will have to change the defense tactic.
It is cheaper to pay for the service of common folks for the jobs of online jurors, than to lose the court case.

Yes I think this is pretty neat. I signed up for it. I haven't been contaced yet for an assignment. But if I do I think it will be interesting to be involved in something like this and also get paid for it. Did you sign up for it? I hope that they contact me I'm always looking for ways to earn some extra cash.

Yeah I will look into slicethepie as well. I think activities like this are pretty neat. Especially when we are able to earn from them. Sorry to hear that you aren't able to register. I hope that you are able to find good sites where you can earn a decent amount.

I signed up for a website like that a long time ago. I recall waiting months and months and I never got a single "juror" job when I was a part of it. I suppose it sounds like a good thing, and could be profitable.. if you're in the right area. Apparently, I am not.
I usually rake it in on the surveys when I was doing them a while back making a few hundred because I fit their most generic "survey" demographics.
