The other day my boyfriend was talking to me about how he was going to grow his facial hair out. I told him I wanted to see what he looks like without any beard, goatee, etc. since he said he has a baby face. We've only been dating a month or so, so I've never seen him without facial hair. He told me he'd never shave it no matter how much I wanted to see what he looked like without it, since he had been growing it out for so long. Then, I found out today he shaved it. 
He kept telling me he didn't shave it because of me, but I told him just to give me this one. 
I can't wait to see him tonight...I wonder if he looks a lot different! I think he looks handsome either way but I just wanted to see what he'd look like.

I feel your pain! I don't mind it on some guys, I think he's handsome regardless, but I definitely prefer no hair. If it's clean cut I can deal with it, but when it's out of control I'd rather they just get rid of it or at least trim it a little bit. If it's hard for me to get close to them without a beard hair getting in my face, it's got to go!

That is so nice that he shaved it. I'm sure that he shaved it for you, especially if he's taken so much time to grow it out. I'm sure that you will think he looks great. I think there are a lot of guys who look good with a goatee. My husband he doesn't have one but I can't really picture him with one since I'm so use to him without one.

I think he shaved it for me too, he's just too proud to admit it. I think a lot of guys look great with goatees too. I totally know what you mean about not being able to picture your husband with one. Most of the guys in my family are clean shaven and I could never picture them with beards, goatees, or any facial hair!

That is so cute that he is too proud to admit it. Guys are very funny at times. Most of our family is clean shaved too, except his brother. His brother looks nice with a goatee but they don't look alike at all. So I'm still not sure. Maybe perhaps he will grow it out and see if he likes it.

I like a guy with less hair on the face.
maybe a little mustache is fine but not beard and goatee.
The one I love also has mustache and when I asked him to shaved it...he did to show me how he looks without it...(he's cute)

To be honest the same thing happened to me and since then I never let him shave again. He was cute without the goatee but he looked 13 so now I'd really get mad at him if he lost it. I think all men look more manly and more handsome with beards. But maybe that's just my opinion.
