New Domain Name Problems.

I bought a domain name from gossimer.com. I tried to change my CNAME but get error report. Any mylotter can help me. Any mylotter have experience with gossimer.com. Twice I mailed to the contact of this site but no reply.Today all my sites got little increase in page ranking except this blog.

Sorry Jose, as per my knowlegde you are following correct way, it suppose to work..you need to contact hosting support again, they will resolve issue for you, why you should worry about it, you are paying for support too..

Contact Gossimer's support staff through their support desk at support.gossimer.com as your email messages may be getting marked as Spam or arriving into a non-monitored email account. Gossimer has alwas\ys been very responsive to all of our needs and they will fix the issues and setup the blogger for you. But, also remember to add the domain to your Blogger account.

Hello jose. The domain name registrar provides a detailed welcome mail with specifics and instructions on setting up. I had received such a mail from ZetIndia when I bought my domain name. I think I followed everything [though initial navigation on the admin panel was slightly difficult] and did not have problems. Did you get any such communication with data? Did you follow the instructions? I would suggest you redo the instructions giving a little more time. I am hoping this is one possible help.
