How to upload a photo

I wanna know that how to upload a profile picture on mylot and how to upload a photo in a discussion or it is in only for the myloters who have posted a lot of posts?

To upload photos to your profile: http://www.mylot.com/o/images.aspx?t=u
You can already add images to any discussion you start but to add images to responses or comments you must have a User Rating of 500 or more.

Go to preferences on the top of the screen and change your profile picture.
