The Better Security Solution?

As of now, all of us has been given the privilege to be anonymous. With this, it is possible for people to commit crimes like scams, frauds, etc. Do you think that changing the current cyber world security would be better? How so? What changes do you suggest we do? I know there is still a long way to achieve perfection on internet security but a change which will provide a small step would be good enough.

Online anonymity is a fallacy - no one is anonymous on the Internet. It's just like real life: you can put a lot of distance between your online persona and the real you, but if someone tries hard enough they can find you. Never, ever think you're anonymous - you're not.

In theory it is not impossible, but due to a lack of international cooperation I wish you good luck if the person links several https proxies in several countries or connects through a router like Tor, which is actually used by diplomats and armies to secure their communications.

I suggest the creation of a difficult qualification test which everyone must take in order to be allowed to use the internet. This will reduce scams by ensuring that the majority of internet users will possess sufficient intelligence to NOT FREAKING GIVE OUT PASSWORDS OR PERSONAL INFORMATION. The reduction in the number of suckers will in turn discourage people from attempting to perpetrate scams or fraudulent activities online, since the potential profits from said activities will be greatly reduced.
