Last night (and last weeks) were pretty interesting...now there are 3 guys on Redemption Island...wonder what's up with that? ANd now that Cochran ratted out on his team and flipped to the other team saying they treated him better...don't he see that once they vote off all the other teams members and the "tribe" is now just the blue team (I never remember the names of the tribes!) that he will be the first to get voted off...they rant how loyal they all are to each other, they are family..well..he wasn't loyal to his team and he isn't original family so...how stupid that he didn't see this coming! HE is no better off with the other team than he was with his original team. How blind can he be!
And Ozzy..at least he is playing the game properly with strategy and all instead of just relying solely on alliances and "family" and loyalty, all of which will be null and void once it gets to individual challenges for the last 5 or so.
And doesn't Coach's team see that as they vote off the other team...they will eventually end up on the jury and since they voted them all off...it will be hard to get them to vote to give the finalist from the other team the million. I konw they have to choose one, and I venture to say that the winner doesn't care what the jury thinks of him as long as he wins te money, but at least don't be all that hateful to them so when they have to choose, you are more likely to get the vote than the other.
What do you think about the show now? Getting down to the finals...Usually this is the time that I start to root from someone...but the way that team has been...I don't see anyone there I'd root for but Ozzy and Keith and Jim! Maybe Dawn!

Damn I hate that Its becoming similar to last season, The Upolu tribe is like Boston Rob's tribe, A freaking cult.
Though I was kinda blaming Ozzy's dumb decision to keep Cochran and get rid of Christine, I dont blamehim anymore.
I just realized Jim is the real cause of his tribe's soon to be demise, Getting rid of the outcast should have been done from the get go, But he make everyone target Semhar from week 1,she might be one of the "weakest" but Its Cochran who he should have get rid off.
Then he have a final 5 alliance and he gets rid of Elyse, who is loyal to the alliance and not going to betray them. Making a move when you are not in trouble is a dumb move.
He is basically the one who saved Cochran's butt 3 times. Next week is said to be double elimination, 2 people will go home from the duel.
Brandon is annoying... I still hate Coach...Well I actually hate him since Toncantins.
I hope Sophie and Albert will flip against coach. but it seemed like its not gonna happen.

You are so into this Capt!! I enjoy your version of things! I dont' have a problem with Brandon..other than he is rather self righteous now...in the beginning it was a nice change of pace to see someone wanting to play the game nicely! But it seems since he told everyone "who" he was...he has gotten just an onary and arrogant as the rest of them! Coach is to arrogant and self righteous I can't stand him at all! Never could!
Yeah, Jim did save Cochran.. And Ozzy gave him the hidden immunity idol to hold until he got back or have if he left...I never saw them belittle Cochran anymore than anyone else!
Yeah, sometimes it isn't the weakest at this point but who will not flip and stay loyal to their alliances. Should be interesting from here on out!

I felt sorry for Dawn, I mean she worked hard to be in her place but she stayed loyal toher tribe, Cochran did a wrong move I think, I know he hates his tribe but the right time to flip is when your tribe have more numbers than the opposition,. He didnt learn a lesson from the Galu tribe.
I think if I hate my tribe, I will wait until the opposition have 2 members left, thats the best time to flip.
I wonder if someone can beat Ozzy at redemption.

Well, that's a good thought...hold the flip till it does you some good. I will be "anxious" to see when that team dumps Cochran and what excuse they give him...you aren't loyal...you divulged tribal information...can't trust you...should be interesting!
It will be interesting to see Ozzy too....if he looses...does he go to jury? or is that one more away? But he is up against a couple of pretty good competitors..not like he has strength over them like he might have over a female. SHould be interesting. Is next week a new episode or is it the season recap?

Hi, I was just disappointed. I thought Jeff said earlier or before the start of this season that there won't be any multi-person duels. And it sucks that my three faves to go all the way, well not exactly Ozzy, but I was hoping Keith and Jim would at least make up the final 4 or 3. It sucks that players like Edna or Brandon are left in the game while someone like Jim is hanging by a thread!
One other thing that puzzles me about the players of Survivor is that they are dumb enough to get all cocky (especially noting the second immunity challenge while the rest were eating and only 3 former Savaii competed), without even realizing or just being nonchalant enough to forget that these people will eventually make up the jury! Why act so obnoxious??

Capt.....Don't know why he bothered to save Cochran. I'd a thought that saving the girl now to vote off later would have been better. Seems like a dumb move he made, but I didn't catch that at the time! Doesn't seem like anyone is voting off the right ones!
abby - I agree with you on the Edna and Brandon thing...frankly I'd forgottena ll about Edna..is she the oriental looking girl? That's how much I remember and Edna! I don't know why they aren't voting off the strongest players now. Get rid of the threats. And yeah....the whole tribe sitting it out to eat and leavin the other team members...what happened to all the who-ha about being loyal and team players Coach and them toss around? They aren't accepting the others a part of their "team". But that was reallycocky of them to do that. And hten get mad at Dawn when she tries to be nice about it!!! Yeah, I hope they all get on the jury and of all that other tribe...Coach, etc.... vote for Edna.. or the one that has had the total lease amount of contribution, plans, strategy etc of the entire team! That'd be so funnny!!! Show up Coach and the rest of them arrogant players!

I think this is where Jim let his guard down. He might not have expected that Cochran can make such a big move. I didn't expect it either. And it came back to haunt him. Turns out that the person he saved was the one who jeopardized his game later on. I just don't buy Cochran's claim that he was bullied at Savaii. That just happens, he just wasn't part of the core alliance at Savaii, but this isn't the first time that happened in this game. Duh
But I still like Cochran, though so I am kind of in a tossup on how I should feel about it.

If Jim didnt do the unnecessary move of getting rid of Elyse to save Cochran, his game would have not been ruined, he decided to do unnecessary moves. He is in a final 5 alliance and he decided to make a "game changing move" cos he wants to look like a good player,

I know, right? Cochran was obviously not thinking straight. I thought he studied/ studies in an ivy league university? I thought he is a Survivor-fanatic and was "obsessed" with anything Survivor? If so, then he should have thought that because he "switched teams", then he worsened his ranking from 6, and now down to 7. Geez-Louise!
Anyway, I too am rooting for Ozzy, Jim, Keith, and the blonde girl.

I usually dont' root for anyone until the last 5 or so. I can't remember their names or tribes prior to that! But I now would say I'd root for Dawn or Jim or Keith...anyone but Ozzy and Coach. They have had their fair share of time to win...a newbie should be able to win now. Those on the Coach team..all they do is whine and say "loyal" and none of them seem to have the gumption to do anything! I dont' even remember how many..Coach and the cowboy guy... forgot about Edna until last week and the black guy..don't even remember his name either! None of them have done anything outstanding to make me remember then! Except Coach and now Cochran. SHould be interesting from now on tho...RI and jury duty coming up!
