I am not sure if there is a legit exchanger site which transfers from other payment processing sites like liberty reserve to alertpay or money brookers.Please do a detailed study when you exchange. 90% of the websites are scam. You will end up waiting but you will never receive any.

no site convert paypal to alertpay if it is saying so it is fake

Dont do it. I have not found any sites that will be legit. The best way to make and exchange is to find a friend that also uses sites and exchange with someone you know.

i don't know what your point to do that thing. just withdraw it to your bank account and do the same with your alertpay because maybe your goal is in bank account it self.

I have account in both processor alertpay and paypal.So I suggest you that use this procedure: 1-windraw your money from paypal to your card in bank account 2-atach your card in alertpay account 3- transfer your money from bank from card to alertpay account. You can use an other method by transfer with exchanger programs but your sum is to low and they use a great fees.

i don,t wonder why you want to do this. When any smart transaction on internet highly recommend Paypal. however alertpay is also a well known in the industry.
