Wanted to cut the fatty flap, but friends make me drink everyday.......don't you

Now a days, its getting weird with my stomach, I didn't even able to recognize if it's mine or some married guy's stomach. All the abes, cuts, good looking body turns into a flabby and fatty version. I can't see myself like this, and were unspeakable when my ex girlfriend found me in the rushy street, see just looked at me and said 'is it you? Are you drinking too much' and I replied that I'm smoking too much also, so please come back, do you????' But it was never gonna make a deal she just said that leave every kind of alcohal and smoking, i'll be with you.' Do you beleive it cause she was the one to offer me drink firstly...really god's work is mysterious...now I tried to do exercises many step works, stopped smoking and drinking, but there are friends...... Friends have many ocassion, like b'day, salaryday, saturday, many memorable days, and mostly dry day when drinking partying is must, I tried to resist but you know it's friend that make you drink not forcely but lovengly and that's where everything starts.... Till today I resists but alcohal comes to my way, and I don't give any damn to finish it, without knowing the results...should I go with my ex, or this life I'm living is great?????
