I've always been given this thre drinks, Softdrink-Canned Juice and iced tea as complimentary drinks for our training. I think this is not healthy as they are not natural that why i don't drinkk the SODA and the Iced tea only the Canned Juice since it is made from fresh pineapple. I just wish they willl also offer other alternatives which are healthy.

Yes, soft drinks and iced tea are very unhealthy especially if you drink it often. You can have kidney problem and diabetes if you drink too much. I don't think canned juice are that healthy. They have preservatives and sugar added. The only juice that is good is the freshly squeezed one. My aunt had diabetes because she seldom drink water, only canned or boxed juice. Bottled water is healthier.

I think they offer this kind of drinks because its easier to find and a lot cheaper?
But be very careful with coffee, soft drinks and any carbonated drinks they are actually diuretics. Diuretic stuff actually forces our body to remove the water in our system rather than replenishing us with liquid. Soft drinks also binds with the calcium and other minerals in your guts so if you keep on consuming them you might get weak bones after 20 years...
