I hate my boarding mates specially my own brother who disrespect me so much. How could I migle with them again if there's hatred?

You can never mingle with them again unless you take away your hatred. Maybe a peace offering would break the ice, like maybe you call all of them over a box of pizza. Then, from there maybe you could request them to at least give you the respect due to an elder sibling.

I had always done that, I made it to the point of buying their food daily, yet still they do the same, everytime I am broke they do the same thing, they ignore me, say some harsh words, I really hate that, and even they do that, they are still consuming my groceries.

You will be better off without them my friend. 
Once in a while giving them some foods would be okay. But if it's everyday, yet they are still like that with you? Then, it's time to move out and find a place where people are respectful of their own rights.
