To drink at least an 8 glasses of water everyday..

Good day dear fellow mylotters, For the past weeks, the weather was really hot. As humidity really rises. And because of the hot weather being experience for the past weeks, a campaign was being done by our community - that is to drink a lot of water. And not only that, they somehow requires everybody to have at least an 8 glasses of water everyday. Hence, they are doing this to prevent experiencing dehydration.

I just had my 8th glass of water while writing this. And i do believe that no matter what the season is, either rainy, sunny, cold or hot day. We are required to drink at least 8th glasses of water a day. This will not only help us prevent from dehydration but also makes our skin young and fresh. That is why i always make sure i drink 8th glasses of water a day or more.

a glass of water - It is really ideal to take and drink at least an 8 glasses of water everyday.
Hi there Impalco, That is great. I wonder I can do that too. As my age increases, the more I decrease my water intake. Wherein before, I can really say that I can take and drink 8 glasses of water everyday. But now, I can only take 5 or 6. Nevertheless, I am still keep on trying.

hi, actually its really good to drink water 8 glasses a day for our own benefits too,especially in summer time because the weather is surely hot,but when the weather is cold or even rainy season i notice that i cant drink more water.

Good for you. The doctors say it is healthy to drink at least 8 glasses of water everyday. It will be helpful for the digestion. The water is the best drink. I try to drink more water everyday:) I love China

Drinking water is very important, as it helps our bodies to function in the way that they're supposed to. The problem is that a lot of people don't really understand how much water we're supposed to drink. In the UK, our "glasses" are a lot bigger than those in the USA, and this can mean that people get very confused about how much they're supposed to drink. You should also remember that there is a lot of fluid in your food, which counts, and things like tea and coffee count as well which most people drink every morning.

Hi, That is a wonderful program held by your community to inculcate a healthy habit in persons living in it.India has really hot weather most of the year, so we do drink a lot of water to avoid dehydration. The sweating is too much when we go out of our house and we need to keep drinking water constantly to keep ourselves hydrated. I do drink 8 glasses of water a day and it helps me flush out the toxins from my body and keep my skin glowing.

Drinking eight glasses of water is really important for our health. I have been trying to drink lots of water because it also mosturizes our skin. but I can only drink up to five glasses a day. it is because I feel so bloated drinking lots of water, and i always had to go to the washroom.

It is good to be able to consume 8 glasses of water everyday as to avoid dehydration. I usually drink more than that almost 12 glasses of water everyday not include soft drinks and fruit juices. I feel better with water inside my body and I catch no illness with my body as water washes away the toxins.

I didn't used to drink a lot of water, but now, I am always carrying a gallon jug of it with me everywhere. I never thought I would drink so much water in a day. Before, I would only drink a couple of glasses in a day, but now, I drink around 2 gallons a day. Even if it is cold outside, I managed to down one. Just now, while surfing mylot, I drunk half a gallon of water. People joke that I am going to cause a drought one day. BTW, one gallon is about 16 8oz cups, so I go through around 32 cups a day.

hi:) I also drink 8-10 glasses of water everyday, it's not only to dehydrate, but also to cleanse the inside, so I could flush out some toxins that I intake.

As i dont fix any limitations when drinking water but the main problem is i drink cold water a lot because now a days this month had over humidity. I got scold from my father for drinking cold water because one week before i got severe cough fever because i had drink lot of cold water. Now i stopped drinking normal water because i cant control drinking cold water for the day.

Yes,we have to drink at least 8 glasses a day or even more to avoid dehydration and our body is estimated to be 60 to 70 percent water.

I am very lazy to drink water....I will not drink more than 4 glasses per a day...I know that's not good for health....But I always do so...Here the climate changes.. But in any climate I drink only 4 glasses.... Thank you....

Just how hot could your place get!? It'll be a miracle for me to consume 8 glasses per day, I can only do 6 tops for that - the rest, juice, iced tea and etc2.

Drinking 8 glasses of water is one of the best remedy to stay healthy and look young! It gives a new glow to your skin. More water means you get more refreshments and that also helps your brain to be active for longer time. Water flushes out toxins from the body and also carries nutrients to other parts of the body. We all must drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.

Water is very important not only does prevent dehydration but make our skin soft and smooth. It also helps in expelling waste and mucus incase of a cough. It has many more purposes.

Human body consists of at least 75% of water. Human can life without eating any food but they can life longer without drinking. Simply, human are sweating, taking a pee, breathing and many more activities that decrease the water on the body while the body still needs water. So, we have to charge it by drinking water or consuming foods contains water. Moreover, our kidney's job is to sort the poison and all negative material which not needed and if human don't drink enough water,it will make the kidney's work harder and the worst effect is our kidney will be damaged and fail to sort anymore poison. Oh my God, that's so horrible.
