If your boss became my ex-bf?

If your boss became your ex-bf but you are good in your job, would you leave the company you're working for? This is the case of my sister's friend. She is secretly involved with the president of the medium sized company and she is one of the best manager there is and both are still single. They just hide their relationship coz its not allowed in the company. Then things started to fall apart between them until they broke up. Im sure it is painful to see your ex everyday but if you have a good career in the company and getting a good pay, would you leave?

If my boss became your ex-boyfirend, it means that you are a very lucky woman, at least he hasn't yet became your ex-husband.

it`s emotional affair i think... it involves the heart when we talk about this case.. the disadvantage of your sister is she maybe can`t stand when must see her ex boy friend everyday... but she must be profesional too for her company.. it`s dillema...she must choose between her heart and her needs for earning some money..

yes, it really is a dilemma. its really hard to choose between heart and money and i can see her torn apart but needs to choose anyway. thank you for your responses. i see here the most logical thing to do is leave. but first, needs to find a new job.

yes, find the new job and i think it takes your time.. before getting the new job, your sister must enjoy her current job even it`s hard for her heart

hi there... i do not think i should be staying in the company if that is the case. I guess it would have been too much of a bother to me... like something is going to be on my back all the time.. It would be hard to be with an ex especially if the ex is a boss of yours. it would be hard working with him if that is the case...

WEll first i dont think you should go out just for the fun of it with your boss . And second i dont think you will be confortable in one place with him after . Thats what you get for short relationships ;P If it was a looooong one there was not going to be problem if just dont break up because of hate , after long relationship people tend to stay more friendly with one another and it does matter if you leave him or him you :D

I would just stay in the same company searching for a job somewhere else. It is really akward to see someone that you used to be in love being your boss especially if the breakup was a nasty one.
