It's been dubbed an "Ultrabook" but by the screen size, it's technically a largish notebook PC. However, it is far thinner and claims to have better sound than most laptops. It also has energy-saving features and a polymer battery which give a longer battery life, in spite of the far smaller and lighter battery size.
Prices are in the range $1000 - $1500 depending on the model.

zenbook? that really new. i never heard about that. can you give me know why it called zenbook?

I think you should wait a while till they released a laptop-grade multi-touch screen tablet, Windows 8 is practically a tablet OS. And from the looks of it, it's not far from being released since nVidia already released a 4-core ARM processor (Kal-El), and even Intel is into it already.
