Have you heard that Asus has launch a new laptop? It's not really a laptop, notebook, or even netbook. It's called Zenbook! Have you seen it in any local market yet? How much is it?

It's been dubbed an "Ultrabook" but by the screen size, it's technically a largish notebook PC. However, it is far thinner and claims to have better sound than most laptops. It also has energy-saving features and a polymer battery which give a longer battery life, in spite of the far smaller and lighter battery size. Prices are in the range $1000 - $1500 depending on the model. A good review (though I don't think the reviewer had actually used the machine) is here: http://techreport.com/articles.x/21902

It's cheaper than the Mac equivalent (the Razer), uses the same processor, has twice the RAM and double the SSD size. Is there any argument?

I think you should wait a while till they released a laptop-grade multi-touch screen tablet, Windows 8 is practically a tablet OS. And from the looks of it, it's not far from being released since nVidia already released a 4-core ARM processor (Kal-El), and even Intel is into it already.
