How to keep motivation?

The thing is I`m not as active in my life as I would like to. Sometimes when I get motivated in the evening right before I get to sleep and tell myself that from tomorrow I will be changing certain things in my life, be more active, study more etc.
But in the morning all the motivation disappears...
Were you in the same position? Do you know how to keep to motivation until the morning?

Make plans, stay focused on your own goal that is the way to keep the spirit and the motivation. It's no problem if it's gone once in a while, we all have our doubts or sorrows, or things that come in between the plans we made but as long as you see your goal clearly you will succeed. Write down what you want, what you are fighting or working for so you will see it in the next morning. Every step is one closer to your goal! If you like you can also write down every day what you did to get closer to it. How you motivated yourself or what motivated you. During hard times you can re-read that and motivate yourself with that again.

Thanks WakeUpKitty for the tips. I hope that writing down my goals and things that I did to achieve them will keep me going. It sounds like a good idea :)

We all go through ups and downs, and frustrating times once in a while in the course of our lives. Keeping a positive attitude is the way to face and manage the changing conditions. It helps to bear in mind also that there is a bright light at the end of the tunnel !
