My winter haiku poem

Winter house with snow - This is my boyfriend's house in Fall River, Mass.

White Winter Owl Snow floats to the earth Green leaves turn white on the tree White owl sits on branch.

Nice! This haiku paints a serene picture and has the right amount of syllables. I write for a site called Helium, and am always frustrated when I see haikus and other poems that require a certain amount of syllables which aren't written with the right amount. I also read somewhere that haikus are supposed to incorporate not only natural elements but also a seasonal aspect, so you nailed it.
