The Feeling of Joining a Tree Planting Activity

I have always dreamed of joining a tree-planting activity. But there haven't been an opportunity for me to encounter one. In this case, I would just like to ask, how did it feel after having planted a tree in a tree-planting activity?

Last year I joined in a tree planting activity. Each of us needs to plant at least 10 seedlings. That was a half day activity and after ten trees were planted, though tiresome but there was a feeling of pleasure that in our own little way we were able to help preserve the environment.

I never try it too but I think it would be a nice feeling to do such activity like that.Planting trees is a big help to conserve and help Mother nature.

Hi. I've participated once when an organization I belonged to engaged in such an activity. It was fun actually. The atmosphere was very festive. We started very early in the morning and finished up with a picnic-type breakfast. But personally, I really had this feeling of fulfillment knowing that in a small way I'm actually doing my share of helping the environment :)
