Who commissioned people to judge when to be fertile?

If a person who is 18 years old gets pregnant and has no money, but is a great parent to their child then it is wrong? It's not about only money. Being able to be a young parent is also about being mentally and emotionally prepared. It is better to have children when we are young rather than at 30 years old or older. The older you are the more difficult it is to bear children. A female's body is made to be fertile in her early years, not when she is older. It's called re-producing the population.
So why would a person tell a young parent they shouldn't have had their family start at 22 years old? I can't understand why people think, they can judge someone for what they do in this life.
If you want to control your life and wait until YOU are older to have children, then that is YOUR problem; but don't go walking around telling others who are prepared to do so early not to just because you did.

I am still single and 30 years old. I feel regret for not getting married at early age. Someone likes me but I reject him.

Don't worry if you haven't found the right one yet. I didn't have my first child until I was 33--I have two healthy grown sons and they're the best thing that every happened to me! You have plenty of time if you're only 30 to find the right person to start a family with.

and being a good mother comes from natural instinct, especially, if you are raised correctly to be mature enough by the age of consent.
