After one beer, I felt asleep easily

Last night, after work I was friendly enough to transport a couple of co - workers home. Along the way, they been nice enough to buy some tacos and give a beer. After I got home, took a shower, I was ready to get relax. Turn on the television, and enjoy my tacos treat and a beer. Somehow after a beer, I felt some sleepy, and I kept on closing my eyes, and eventually, I give in to the effect of alcohol. Gosh, how weak I am, only one corona, and I just fell down like this. Maybe I shouldn't drink beer at all. So, how good are you with beer?
