Would you buy fans for your facebook page? / myLot

This has got me interested lately, after I learned that there are fan finding systems available online. This sites are used by people all around the world in order to buy fans for their facebook page. And it got me wondering, why would they do that? I learned also from reading that it is part of advertising. In order to get more people and customers to view your page and buy your products. But there's that issue involving fake fans. Fans who don't give a damn about your products but only interested in you paying them to like your page. Some of then even make fake profiles and use that profile to like that page, possibly to earn more money. What do you guys think? are you willing to buy fans, both authentic and fake ones, for you facebook fan page? Me? No. Besides, i don't have the cash to pay those people LOL!

I won't buy fans on my facebook pages, it similar to cheating yourself, since I had my friends and relatives from facebook I can introduce to them my facebook pages and tell them to spread the word, that's far more cheaper than buying fans.

yup, it's indeed a brilliant idea, my relative use to ask me to like their page, and I too ask them to like the page I created in return, since they were far away and of course has a unique IP address getting, genuine traffic is not as that hard.

haha no way. i never even cared if i have friends on my account or not so i guess that would be a big NO. I won't spend anything for fans on an online site.

I will not buy fans. It is pointless. It defeats the purpose of starting a fan page. I have a fan page under my same name-arcideaco. All the fans are genuine. They are like an extra form of traffic to my articles. I started the fan page for the readership. If you buy the fans, they will not even care what you post. Cheers.

i don't want to buy fans in facebook. i know it harder to find fans but it gonna more challange to do. just started it with your friends and always update information. your page gonna have huge fans then.

NOPE! if your that popular and that you have a good products then there is no need for you to buy fans... that would be like defeated the purpose of fans and having real fans...

there are communities that support facebook fanpages. it like when you become a member, other members will add your page as long as you also add theirs. better than paying for it right?

ya somebody,they want to project them infront of the world. but i dont need any fans..i have aleady 350 friends...its enough for me in fb

No i would not buy fans for a facebook page unless I somehow made a profit off them such as link sharing/referals/subbing.
