Famous Cricket journalist Peter Roebuck passed away in South Africa at the age of 55. He was in South Africa covering Australia's tour of South Africa. Peter Roebuck was well known for his global views of the game and for calling the game as he saw it. I was personally looking forward to his coverage of India's visit to Australia this summer, so this news really saddens me. Peter Roebuck, Rest in Peace. Cheers! Ram

Hi Ram, Yes, this is very sad. Yes he was an unbiased and thoughtful writer. I always enjoyed reading his writings, and always looked forward to his articles.

Exactly, it was one of the first things I used to read during India's tour of Australia last year. I was hoping to hear more this year. But sadly this is the end of the story now. Cheers! Ram

I remember following his articles in the Sydney Herald, during India's tour of Australia. Now we will not be able to hear from him during this year's tour down under. This is a real big let down for me. Cheers! Ram
