now i'm gonna share my experience with all of you about withdrawing balance in paypal with my local bank account. i don't have any CC (credit card) but i have some balance in my paypal so i want to withdraw it. in first time i try to withdraw, i failed because IP address is different with usually IP address i use to login in paypal. after i got limit, i'm waiting until 180 days for next transaction. with carefully i withdraw with my usual IP address and in 2 days, i got my money in my local bank account. if you want to ask or share your experience with paypal, comment and we discuss it together.

Hi Satroomice, I have no problem with withdrawing money. Maybe I am using my home computer when I access paypal all the time. I think it is good for Paypal to check and verify that you are indeed the person taking out the money. If not, someone else will login to your account, and take away all the money. It will definitely break your heart if that happens. So view it as a security measure, and not as a problem.

I already withdrawn my balance to bank twice, and fortunately, I got no significant problems :). And by the way, I am using internet with dynamic IP here, so my IP address is constantly changed everyday.. :). Maybe you were used to using internet with static IP address, and then you were using another internet connection by the time you tried to withdraw your money? By the way, how's your account status now? Is it still limited?

Why don't you try to remove the limit instead? :) Have you ever tried that? :)

Good Thing there's no such issue regarding paypal withdrawing thing so far in my part, but I never know that paypal is detecting our IP address in order to make a transaction. I usually withdraw my money through EON visa.

if our IP address is never open your paypal account, your order will be canceled and your account will be limited. it happen when withdrawing to bank account.

I do not know about it also. I did withdraw once and it was successfully completed. All of the while, I thought as long as my Paypal accont has been verified and I did specify my local bank account information earlier, then there shouldn't be any problem in our withdrawal. In future, we should use our new IP address to log in our Paypal account few times before we request for our withdrawal. I believe this is the right message you are trying to advise us. Thank you so much.

Paypal never blocks any payment because of changing Ip address. It sometimes freezes payments that too when the IP addresses are of distinct geographical location and you have some other suspicious activity. If you are using different computers to withdraw money, there won't be nay problem as you would be in the same geographical area- same city same country. you can use 100s of different computer and Ip addresses and no problem. Paypal freezes only when Ip addresses are of diferent regions - Once my payment was frozen when Ip address was of germany and i am in India. But it really helped me as it was some hacker and i got my payment back. So cheer up guys and do online transfer without hassle- any freeze or blockage is for our own good!

I think you are still very lucky because you made it finally. I have never tried to transfer it to my bank account because it will cost me 35 dollars. Thats big money to me. My foreign friend has ever helped me with 100 us dollars. There are different policies to different countries. it is very easy for people from America to withdraw money from paypal account.

Hi,i am from China, and i knew to transfer money in paypal into bank account will cost us 35 dollars. That is a big amount of money. Actually, in most places it is free. So i think i will not choose that way to transfer money, i will try to ask for a cheque, it is said that draw money from paypal with cheque will cost 5 dollars, it is much less. I have heard lots of people who have said that their paypal account got some problem and then they must wait 180 days to try again. I wish i won't meet this, because it has been very hard to earn the small amount of money online, and if my hard earned money in paypal can't change into real money, that will be a great blow to me.

i'm not from America and it quiet difficult to withdraw from paypal. just fulfill your minimum balance before withdraw it and you will never charged withdraw above minimum balance to withdraw.
