this is perfect game for Indonesia...there are many stories in this match...
we are expecting our team can win and the result does...Rahmad darmawan prefer to make Ferdinand sinaga sit in the bench and play Andik virmansyah play since in the first half..
in first 15 minutes, Thailand play very aggresively and make Kurnia Meiga get effort for saving his place..
the tension of this match since the first half is hot ...
and Theeraton get the result when he get reds card after get second yellow card after his hand hit andik virmansyah face..the situation is not easily for Indonesia even they lead 1 player..but Titus bonai make all indonesian fans scream by his goal (header) for finishing Hendri Kipuw assist...1-0 goal for indonesia..
i forget...all my family too scream and happy with this goal...
1-0 in the first half...
but in early of second half, the failure had been done by Abdul rahman make pinalty for Thailand..
Rangsiyo, thailand captain score his first goal in this sea games by pinalty kick in minute 50..1-1...
Thailand get back their confident and make indonesian near lost their motivation..
But the screamet in thailand side is finished by wonderful header of Patrich wanggai...2-1 for Indonesia....
there are many hot situation between both of the team..because thailand must win in this game//
Thailand once again lost their player after Ekkasit Chaobut get red card in minute 75...he is frustrated and make brutality tackle for foot of Andik Vermansyah.
But thailand is thailand..Thailand began to pressure indonesian defender but in the counter attack in minute 91, Ferdinand Sinaga (replace Okto Maniani) finish the superb assist from Patrich Wanggai..
3-1 for Indonesia..
this is history, because this is first time since 1977, Thailand did not qualifying from the group stage even they still play 1 match...and this is the history for us, because we can win against thailand in sea Games..
I am happy, my family who watching happy too..and the spectators in senayan were happy too...and you , indonesian myloters too, must be happy with this result..

For me really they very good to win because they have 3 then versus 0 so hard to deal with it keep up the good work.

Yes, Indonesia played a great game in front of their home fans, in their home ground, That's something worth celebrating for sure because it means Indonesia is safely through to the next round and if everything goes smoothly, they should get their hands on the missing gold medal. Good work done by team Indonesia. ON the part of the thai team, they are such a major disappointment. Both their seniors and juniors seems to be losing touch and they have not won anything for the past 2-3 years now.

Thailand lost their touch after some of south east country like Vietnam and Phillipines try for improving their footbal team...it make some effect that Thailand must compete not only with Indonesia, but now with Myanmar, Vietnam and so on...

Well, what a comprehensive report my friend..congrats for Indonesia and all of us..I noticed this is really show the capability of RD for good strategy and motivate his players..By put Andik vermansyah playing from beginning of the match, we have two advantages, sinaga can take a rest and andik's speed really put Thailand players in trouble. So two red cards happened because two Thailand players wanted to stop him.
RD said that players has under pressure not only we played against mature team but also the GBK atmosphere with 60K crowds has really made our players nervous. We can see from many long pass being made by our team,even the speed of players is really wonderful and succeed to make Thailand nervous.
So I think we must relax when playing against malaysia,since both Vietnam and myanmar are seems dangerous.

thats me, a football lovers..congratulation for Rahmad darmawan strategy..
thats brilliant strategy..
But Andik speed too is same speed of Sinaga..Andik and Okto in the winger make many full back of Thailand must do a brutality tacking for stopping them..
why our team is so nervous?? we come to stadium for supporting them...we are behind of Okto et al...

I agree that Thailand team play a little bit brutal in this match, but with only 10 players since early first half we can only score 1 goal, and in 2nd half they get equalizer goal make me a little bit worried. I think Malaysia will be much harder to defeat, but i think Indonesian team should save some strength for semifinal... Having equal point in next match is enough for me..
