Are crunches the only way to get rid of post-pregnancy belly? No. In fact, crunches strengthen only the outermost abdominal muscles. You're better off practicing planks, which engage all four layers of abs. By working the entire region, you can tighten up your waistline. To shed fat, do thirty minutes of moderate cardio exercise five days a week. Eat a low-fat diet and cut back on sweets to beat bloat and shed post-baby pounds.

Some ladies are feeding their baby naturally so they have to eat a normal diet. Their baby sucking will let those ladies lose some weight. If a lady is bottle feeding with baby milk from a shop she can go on a low fat diet. I believe swimming, cycling and dancing are enjoyable activities for a lady to lose weight. Some of my friends joined a mother and baby group. Doing 30 minutes of moderate cardio exercise five times a week is a very good idea.

I have had friends that naturally fed their babies and lost their weight fast. I am one of the bottle feeding moms when my kids we're little.I am going to give the planks idea a try. I have it on my wii so we will see what it is like.
