Calling the police/911 and getting a recording....What??

I have always had a rear of needing help and trying to get through
to the police/911 department and getting a recording...I have even had
dreams about this for years..even befor 911..and the dreams seems so
real that I have awaken in a panic...I think it a fear that I don't
know that will ever go away...Have you ever felt like that about something?

That is a horrible feeling. I have not had this particular dream but often dream of thing's that I cannot get. Or dreams of needing to call someone and cannot dial the number or the phone never rings or I can never get to the phone. Subconsiously I think that I am fearing failure of something or procrastinating something and having anxiet about it.

I am sometimes thing to call that number in case there is something bad happen that someone i dont know..
That is great idea to have because you can be alert any time and have that number in record and in your mind.
