what can you say about the marquez and manny fight?

A lot of people were dismayed with Pacquiao's fight yesterday. He seemed like he was distracted, weak, or that he did not take the fight seriously. I would agree with you that marquez won the fight in terms of his being able to deliver the punches. I was shocked though at the results because i think there was no way that manny could have won the game because he took a beating! :P

I look at it like this. Marquez didn't show the heart he needed to to become a champion. His boxing was not fierce or commanding at all in the whole bout. Pac-man seemed like he was trying to use a little more power then speed and it made him a little sloppy. Onto everyone saying well Pac-man cheated Marquez. That simply isn't the case. People need to remember that as a champion, Pac-man doesn't have to beat anyone, he just has to not lose. Whereas Marquez has to beat Pac-man. The judges decided that Marquez didn't show enough heart to be a champion and I agree. Pac-man didn't cheat anyone. I will also say that Pac-man stumbled and was not impressive at all. He as I think was trying something new and totally ignored his speed advantage as it were.

I don't watch Paquio fights as i know all fights are fixed. All is for the money and I think the Las Vegas men are now scounting a replacement for him and shall we hear a retirement announcement from Manny's camp? Just my opinon!
