May I ask from myLotters the benefit of chocolates? I have to stop myself from craving chocolate because we have diabetes in our bloodline but I have to give in myself a little chocolate just to ease the craving I felt. I hope a little chocolate will not trigger anything, as of now I am don't have any illness and I wish & pray that I will always be in good health.

benefits of chocolate are many.
I can say for a benefit that helps me personally to me.
when my blood is low as soon eat my chocolate and it improves and becomes normal.
I think as with most chocolate and so there are benefits and there is damage.
so you need to Eat properly.
nice day!

I love chocolates! But like you, I also try not to eat to much because we also have diabetes in our bloodline. I only eat chocolates if I feel so down, it helps me to be more energetic and lively. I heard that black chocolates have health benefits for us, like it can lower our blood pressure and cholesterol level.

i have often read on internet about benefits of chocolate, here are:
- Chocolate contains flavanols, it is a type of flavonoids that act as anti-oxidants and help to ward off free radicals in the body.
- According to a research, dark chocolate can lower LDL cholesterol and blood pressure
- Chocolate contains serotonin, it is a natural anti depressant
- Some studies have found that chocolate became one of the best foods to fight cancer
Umm gaea23, for you who like chocolate but a bit to avoid taking it for fear of getting diabetes, maybe you should try chocolate with zero calories.
i hope you always be healthy :)
