When you accumulate knowledge it is your responsibility to share it with everyone who cares to listen. I have worked as a manager for a long time and I have discovered what works best for me. As a manager I excelled in developing people to step up to the challenge of being managers a well. And I find great joy in seeing people succeed. When I enter a room and see a group of people willing to take on my challenge, it gives me the motivation to build people as soon as possible. I conduct free coaching sessions whenever I can squeeze it into my schedule and am greatly rewarded when the people I coached became who they wanted to be. The secret to becoming a successful business man is to build people and surround yourself with competent partners. What about you? Any good business ideas?
