Red Velvet are really becoming a hit among cupcake enthusiasts. As for me, I love cakes so whatever form it comes, I eat it. But I just don't eat any cake. It has to be delicious. And so far, Phoebe's Cupcakery in Scarlette is my favorite red velvet cupcake. The others that I've tried, the cake itself is dry and hard and also the cream on top. Some are bitter and just too much. However, Phoebe's are just so soft and so tasty and moist. One bite of it is just enough to send you to a pleasurable place. like having an *rgasm. Seriously! It's soooo good! The cream tastes like whip cream and it's so good! we were waiting for my 8-year old niece, who's a picky eater, to not eat her share but just one small slice of it made her grab the cake and walk away from our hungry mouths. She made it a point to eat slower than usual so as to make our mouths water. But all is good. There's still tomorrow. we can still order.
