It's easy to get traffic for social blogs than technical blogs.. is it true?

Traffic is the key. You have to popularize your blog with different ways, like: technical forums, list builder sites and also when you comment in other blogs with same interest (Blogger have option about that).

t's not necessarily so. It depends on what u are sharing and how interested your followers are. It appears that there's only a handful of people into the same interest as u and that explains why. It's only right for social blogs to be more interesting because that's where people are able to relate themselves to, sharing the same thoughts. Let your technical blog stay the way it is, what matters is to have quality followers instead of quatity.

When you say social blogs, which do you have in mind? Which blogs are you talking about? Do they include the entertainment, sports, films, etc blogs which have nothing to do with the tech topics? In that case, I should say I have an equal share of both. I get as much traffic for my entertainment blog as that of the tech one. Do not go on the numbers like the likes and followers. Have you marked yourself? Do you like and follow every blog and site that you visit? People do tend to ignore these things even when they are regular visitors of certain sites. I have more than 2000+ visitors to my blog on a daily basis. My blog is updated daily without fail and it has been live for almost a couple of years. It there are only 14 followers. I know people who regularly visit my blog yet leave no comment. So I don't see any sense in this number game. Tech blogs are the best I think. The reason is that is one such niche that is followed by the entire world. There may not be fans for a specific niche like say baseball. Those who are not interested in that field may not follow it. Or it may have followers only from a specific location. However, tech freaks are spread all over the world. I wonder how you say tech blogs won't work.

yeah it is true. Because in technical blogs, how your blog looks will depend on how interest and usefull your article. Different with sosial blog, the content not very usefull for someone. The important is the blog can make people sociality.
