From the motivation and reward program from our employers, our workplace encourage all of our fellow employees to be healthy. Since the insurance price is significantly going up every year, this year with the new enrollment, we are given this $500 reduction for each one of us purchased insurance from work. All we need to do just go to one of these clinics listed in the program, to get a biometrics screening, like measurement of your weight, height, blood test, etc..... We can visit our primary care doctor; walgreen take care clinic; and concentra. When we get the result, we should fax it to the employer headquarters to be qualified. Not bad isn't it? With such program, we will do our best to look after our good health, and there might be less people get sick or take a sick day off. What do you think of it?

I think it is good as insurance is becoming like a necessity these days. The intention of the company is fairly simple. People do get sick and some will visit a doctor while some will not due to the cost. Now, offering you an incentive for insurance ensures that if you do get sick, you won't hesitate visiting a doctor which will have you properly treated and get back to work sooner.
There are seldom win-win situations in the world but this one surely is one of them.

That was a great news, isn't it? The main reason why your employer probably do that is to make their employees be aware of their helath condition. If evereyone will benefit from it than I see no reason for everyone not to comply. It's a simple task and the employee are the total benefeciary of this. You save while maintaining your health.
