Does anyone know of any tv series that are similar to shows like Charmed, Smallville, Pretty little liars, gossip girl, secret life of american teenager, etc. Here lately I watch more TV series that I do anything else. I have finished all the series of BH 90210, Charmed, Smallville, One Tree Hill, and am UTD on all the series that are still airing. How bout Buffy the Vampire Slayer? Is that any good? I watched the first episode of it any years ago and havent watched anymore.

I never watched any of those but 90210 and Buffy and CHarmed... Most of those are pretty good the first season or two, then they start getting stupid and out of control. Charmed was like that. First 2 seasons great, then they replaced Prudence and the replacement was a joke and then they had Piper and Leo (her guardian angel) get married and it just went stupid from there. And the storylines just got so out of control that I didn't even think it was good anymore. Buffy...same way. We watched that the first 2 seasons, then they matched her up with teh vampire Angel and it just went downhill after that...just storylines that were stupid and so outrageous they weren't even fun to watch. That is how they do most dramas it seems. THe first 2-3 seasons are great, then it is like they get so over confident of how great they are and the writting gets sloppy and stupid and then viewers stop watching and 5 years is all the drama gets! I don't see any "good ones" on these days. They are just so either violent or stupid. I'd say..watch the first 2 seasons, then end it! Go out on a good note! And then go to TVland and watch when tv was really good!

I loved Charmed. But if you only watched the first 2 seasons you have another to watch because she didnt get replaced til season 4. I quit watching it after that for many years and a few months ago just decided to go ahead and finish it up. I didnt like Paige at all but Cole became my new interest lol. Bh 90210 (the old one not the new one) I was the same way with that show. When Brenda got replaced in season 5 I quit watching for many years lol. Im a shannon fan! I finaly decided to finish it out. I still have a few shows that I started and havent finished yet because of that same reason like the oc. I still havent watched the last season of that. Because of what happened. lol

I didn't follow which season was what. I watched and when they put ROse McCowen on....I stopped. When they put Cole on I watched and when they made Piper marry Leo I stopped, and tried again when they had the baby and stopped. Wasn't there a new witch/sister or neice or something on the last season?

Parking Wars is Hilarious! The Parking Authority in Detroit and Phillidelphia....cars getting booted for outstanding tickets, impounded, meter/parking tickets! It is so funny the excuses people come up with for breaking the law!

I'm going to suggest trying out the new show The Secret Circle based on some of the other shows on your list. I did watch Buffy the Vampire Slayer. You might check out Ringer to see the show that the star of Buffy is now doing this year. Heart of Dixie airing here after Gossip Girl might be of interest also.

I watch TV shows when I can watch them but there are two shows that I watch pretty regularly. One is Burn Notice on USA Networks and the other is House MD on Fox network. Both of the shows are my favs and I love watching them. I just have to get a new TV to watch them regularly without downloading off the internet. bourne

Why not try action series? The one I would recommend you on this genre is 24. I've finished all 8 seasons of it. I love this series and it still excites me watching the episodes. This series will make you think as well. Try it :)

Well your shows aren't exactly the shows I would prefer to watch but I have some good shows that will intrigue and tickle the mind! :) If you haven't, check out Criminal Minds and Burn Notice, particularly Burn Notice! Its a very interesting show that is very suspenseful and intriguing and it will stimulate your thought and increase your enjoyment of a well-plotted episode! Always check out The Office! The humor is quite hysterical and since its more modern, the appeal is more adept to the changes in our society. You will love The Office and will recommend to your friends as well! :)

I have seen those. My husband watches those along with House and NCSI and CSI. Ive tried getting into the comedy tv series and I havent found one I like yet. I like supernatural type shows, alien, and drama type tv series mostly.
