whats happen with many teacher when ask for divorce

i read in kompas.com about the "strange news" for me..it`s weird..
Many of teachers who are working in several schools in the area of ??Kerinci Regency filed for divorce to her husband. This was allegedly because (maybe) the wife has a larger income than her husband.
Head Regent of Kerinci H Murasman, when confirmed, acknowledges that. He said, throughout 2011, there are at least 20 divorce civil servants (PNS) within the scope of Kerinci Regency had filed for divorce.
"Yes, there are many civil servants who filed for divorce, and most of them dominated by the teacher," he said.
The cause of the teacher filed for divorce to her husband, he said, is mixed. Some are due to her husband married another woman, and there is also because of her husband's infidelity. "Another reason may be because his salary is much larger than the husband so that he felt sure he could raise his own children, without asking help from the husband," he said.
i think it`s ridiculous..what do you think when you read this news??

that was weird. it's nonsense if they divorce their husband because of money. i'm so sorry to them because money win against love to her family.

Hi adhyz: I agree with you. This is just ridiculous but at the same time I think this reflects how weak some relationships are built these days. It's ok to think financial stability when you look for a person to get married but it's more than that. Marriage is an important decision to make and it's more about love and chosing the person you want to share your life with.

i make this discussion when i read the news in yahoo, the number of divorce in one regency in Jambi province is so bigger..
some of them , from woman..
because maybe they think that their salary can be enough for her and their kids..

In my point of view, it's such a weird thing if occurs in Indonesia. Because of our culture that doesn't take this kind of thing as a trivial thing. Married is not just a bind of two people, married is a incorporation for two different custom, different ideas, different family, and the other thing.

I think it is true to certain extend because my cousin is a good teacher and she applied to divorce. She did it because he is found of all the land and money which she belongs. He always tries to force my cousin to give all her belongings like money and other things. Actually he do not love her but he loved her belongings.
So she applied for the divorce. The divorce is still pending in the court.

It is the salary difference that makes difference and also the way people are brought right from childhood. Giving up for others is what is required to make marriage success.

i am tecaher at aprimary school grade two i have some problem, some parents are single because of diforce and i try to not to hurt my students heart. but at civics class or social class it is hard for because we wlyas discuss about a complete and happy family. we never talk about single parents there

let me guess, maybe it happen because money. For some people, money is the most important things when they get married. how embarrasing ! when you get married, it is not so easy to divorce like the news said. I don't really what happen out there. But, i'm sure there something about money there.
