Deciding on Thesis Proposal

My class just started this November 12, 2011 and my teacher is already asking about the project we are going to propose before our degrees' end. I am thinking of something different now, but I haven't come with an idea. I am currently enrolled in Master in Information Technology, what project can you suggest in order for me nail this down?
