I don't know how to handle now my situation, it seems to be very tedious work I have had. And my boss doesn't have any appreciation on every job done. Well, he is the boss he doesn't oblige himself to appreciate employees under him. Resigning always play in my mind, I'm tired of working with a boss that is so strict. I wish I am rich so I can have my own business to run.

Yes, starting your own business would be an excellent way to leave your present job. I do understand how you feel there at your job. Very frustrating and disappointing, right ? Especially when your contribution is not given the deserved recognition !

I also wish to have my own business and be my own boss.
This is reality..not everyone is born rich and lucky.
But, do not lose hope...who knows, one day you will be sitting right at the chair where your boss previously sat on.

Hi Gaea,
Well, you could keep your eyes open for a job you might like better. I sure wouldn't quit without something else lined up because jobs are really not easy to come by right now. I have worked for some very difficult bosses and I had to look at it from the stance that I was there for a paycheck and not praise, etc. As long as my boss was willing to pay me for my work then her complaints were mute.Hope something better comes your way soon!

hi gaea how easy is it to get a new job where you are? do be careful as here in the U S we have a lot more people out of work than jobs for t hem so most stick in there jobs. For one thing there is no boss on earth that I kn ow of whom everyone will like. just the fa ct that he or she is boss makes a lot of people unhappy. but if its not easy to get a job, do you like your job not the boss but your job.if so forget the strict. I would rather have a boss who cares about the job than one who does not. so look for another job but keep this one til you find one that suits you. starting a new business is not at all easy my friend. a job in the hand is worth a dozen in the bush. do not be too anxious to quit one that pays you.
