Christmas is also a time for numerous christmas parties and social events. My colleagues and I are planning to throw a Christmas party this holiday season. Can you share some ideas that might help us for this event to be successful? What do you think is the perfect theme this year?

Christmas need no theme to be perfect. By itself, it is already perfect. In your case though, I suggest go for styles of the 80's. It's going to be cool as you can see yourself looking like you were in the era 3 decades ago.
