Im a stay at home mom of 4, and have been looking for some kind of work from home job but seems everything wants either a start up fee, monthly fee, or something! I dont think I should have to pay to work. Just wondering if anyone has some kind of knowledge on whats out there?

You're absolutely right: the first rule of earning online is NEVER pay for anything (unless you're 100% sure of what you'll get).
There are plenty of ways to earn but figuring out which one suits you is often rather difficult. Do you want easy stuff for pennies, real work for real money, part-time stuff, long-term or short-term earnings... so many questions.
There's a beginner's guide in my profile that covers the basic terms and what kind of thing's available out there. Once you know what you want to do, the myLot population can definitely help with loads of useful info.
