Talking to girls is an issue that has always been apparent with many guys. It happens to so many men of all ages;
so some tips to how to talk to girls.
What you should be doing
1.Don't plan it out....if you plan out what you're going to sayit's going to sound very forced and rehearsed;
2.Relax...........it's an obvious one, but also hard to do.so just fake it appear as relaxed.
3.Casual but polite..........while chatting with her and manners as always.
4.be urself...........If you ever want to speak to this personagain you're going to have to be yourself.There is nothing to be gained in the long run from pretending to be something you're not.
5.compliment them........do it simply at the right situation,when there is a chance for compliment but dont just make awkwardness;
6.Find the common ground.........the topic you both interested
7.No manly conversations.........try and stay clear of topics where she's unlikely to have much interest and that she'll know little about.
8.Don't fall back on your friends.....thats dont drag one of your friends into the conversation.
9.Know when to walk away.....Ever so hard to do, knowing when to end its the real trick.
just try to stop whaen you are ahead...dont go long talking thats run out of you with topics.
ask for their number or facebook (if you're that hip and happening)!
10.Getting back in contact.........its realy nice..abd play with care

I agree with everything, that's really good advice!
I would like to add on 5, not to make too many compliments because she won't believe you and she might feel uncomfortable. One/two compliments about her smile or that she looks pretty are enough I think.
And what girls really enjoy is a man that listens to them (or pretends that he does). Show that you are interested on what she says and don't talk too much about yourself. Give her the chance to ask you what she wants to know and hold back some things for later. Girls love to have a mystery around the guy in the first dates, just tell what they need to know and not the story of your whole life. If you do this, she will probably want to go out with you again to get to know you better!
