I am currently an employee, and I am really interested to start a business. However, I am confused on the first steps that I should take. I don't have a LARGE capital so I am planning to start a small business first. What do you think I should do? Franchise? Are there any other Options?

I suggest you really should just start small. Like most big business today, they all have started from being small. You should just start from small capital.

I think you should identify first what kind of business that you want to get in to. It should be something that you know a lot about. Then you could identify the market that you want to target. Yes you would need some capital, but I don't think that's the first thing you need to have.

There are of course many different ways to do business, online and offline. Some need large investments, some need a reasonable amount. You can decide based on your preferences. For online, one good way would be to set up your own business website, and use that as a media to promote your business, marketing of special products, special services, an so on. Wish you success !

Franschising is a great idea to start a business. Just remember that you need to choose the right franchise when doing so. Is is better to do it this way since the business has already an establish name. I hope you will be successful in your first business venture.
