Should people be allowed to smoke in their cars where children are present. More and more countries are banning smoking in certain areas. Is this acceptable or is it an infringement on peoples freedom of choice. Is there definite proof that passive smoking damages health and if there is is this damage more pronounced in children. So what do you think, I'm sure you have an opinion one way or the other???

Absolutely not, smoking inside closed areas such as cars, room, offices, or inside your house with some people around you is a big health hazard.
If you are aware of the so called second hand smoke, this is more fatal the firt hand smoke. The second hand smoke are those from prople smoking in a clsed areas and that smoke tend to stick in couches, curtains, dashboard and bedsheet. This is ever more dangerous because it has accumulated toxin aside from bacteria.
If you smoke, smoke in a proper oen spaces or perhaps in a designated smoking areas. Children have a very futile lungs, they cannot tolerate to thin toxic as a result they're the first to suffer asthma and other lung disease.
Adults should be responsible in all this aspect.

I don't think it should be allowed. Parents who do it are completely careless. They should have more concern for their children's well-being.

No, it is not acceptable that someone smokes having children near by even in public places. In that way they are making their kids interested in smoking and obviously they are spoiling their health. Here, in my country, smoking in public places is prohibited but it's implementation is not found everywhere.
Have a nice time.

Of course not, people should not smoke on their cars with their children around. In as much as they want freedom to smoke where they want, these children also have the right to breath fresh air. Laws should be strengthen against smoking.I believe parents and lawmakers should be the first models to campaign against smoking.
