Can anyone identify with some of the characters of the show "The Office?"

The Office is one of my favorite tv shows and it makes me wonder, can anyone identify with the characters of the show? Or knowing anyone who are just like some of these characters? For example, you have Dwight Schrute who does things over the top and can be gullible and annoying. His rival is usually with Jim Hapert. Then there is the incompetent boss Micheal Scott who lacks leadership skills and make inappropriate discussions about his love life and with his coworkers in general. I'm interested in hearing your views.

Definitely an awesome show! i luv it too! Funny you should use the word incompetent. My first reaction to your question is my supervisor having similarities with Michael Scott! My boss isn't as bad as he is, but a lot of times he'll say or do something and you'll go "really?" or did he just say that? Then I kind of feel like Pam where O give him the same look pam gives Michael, or I go along with it just to get it over with. My boss went from being a bartender to being a gm at the plant (for the last 20 years0. He's not a very effective manger, but it passes the time!

oh my gosh, I can't stop laughing when your boss says things that make you say "what?". We need more effective managers so we can keep these companies on track. I'm afraid that I may run into quite a few Micheal Scotts myself in larger companies, God help us all.

Yes , i think they all are the best characters of the show are superb that have make the show ultimate with their best acting spirit , i love to go with this show always .

It was my favourite show until Michael left. The show is still good but not half as good as it used to be. I will contuinue to watch it because I think all the characters have their moments in the show but without Steve Carrell aka Michael Scott, the show just is NOT the same.
