The year was 2004 and I distinctly remember at that time that there was no radio station that abstained from transmitting the song "Dragostea din tei" of "O-Zone".
The text of the song was in Romanian, the only thing I understand is the title which literally means "Love under the pear tree."
This song was the first and last that has depopulated the Romanian language, but there was something sensational. In short, it was a good song to listen even if you do not understand the text.
If any of you remember it, could do me the courtesy to give me a brief summary of: what matters is this song?

I think this song was more popular abroad than in Romania. After people in Romania have seen how successful it is in other countries, it became more popular in Romania also.
But it is nothing special about the lyrics, it is just a love song with funny words.
The refrain means something like this:
Do you want to go, but you don't take with you
Your face and the love from the linden tree
Remind me from your eyes.
Nothing special, as I said, just a funny song which was a blast back then.
