What's wrong with my fax machine? And the boss is angry on me .Er...

I know I am always in bad luck recent days . There is no reason and I just a little upset ,that mean I never truely happy a few days . The boss told me to shut down the fax machine when I left office . I tried to find the button of power and find nothing . Then I pull the plug out with the thought that it is the way it do . But this morning , when I got office and tried to turn on this fax machine ,I find I can do nothing to make it work !!! God , it just like I broke the machine and delay fellows's work !!! Oh my god ,That's terrible and the boss got angry . I don't know why , it just do not response and refuse to work . What can I do ???? I called the customer service and she said she do not know eighter ,but tell me send this machine to her shop . What makes me upset is that the boss , I left him a bad image from now on .....

I don't know. I'm not good with fax machines either since we don't have one at home and at the office I rarely use them. Have you tried finding the ON switch? Maybe it indeed has one and have to be pressed to turn on.

sigh , we ...WE checked it many many times but not find the button . I can do nothing at all . I'm trouble in bad luck now . I know that .
