Is it right? Printer is also important like Computer

For a person who needs to print frequently.. it's true that taking copy by your own is cheaper than professional printers.. when I was student, I had printer.. it was working fine for 2-3 years.. now not working but now I don't need to print many things so I haven't bought new one..

Hi Fanta! You see if you daughter needs to take out prints on regular basis, then buying Printer becomes a necessity. If she is required to take print once in a while, then there is no use of buying a printer. Your daughter knows it well how many print out she will require say per day or per week. You could buy good quality Printer for around Rupees 2000/- onwards and if you want a scanner/photo-copier facility in your printer, the cost will increase.

Any gadget regardless of the cost is important. I mean, you spent money on it, right? However, with regards to printers, it would be good if the unit is cost-efficient. I think they vary. Some have expensive inks which makes it more expensive to print. As to whether you need also a printer if you have a PC. It really depends whether you will do a lot of printing. If you rarely print stuff, I guess you don't need to buy yet. But personally, I'll buy. You never know if you need to print something.

Fanta: Printing in Chennai seems to be very cheap. yes. per page Re1 only. Please ask your daughter to enquire about other places where she can get printing done at a lesser cost. It must be around Rs.2 only maximum. Unless we use printer regularly--buying printer is not advisable because the cartridge ink gets dried up quickly. Further cartridges cost Rs.1500 or so per set. I am not against your daughter. But in chennai it is cheaper to get printing done outside rather than having a printer at home. best wishes

If you an student yes, you need to have a printer with your computer because is like to have it incomplete,but for example in my case because I am not studing right now I don't need a printer with my computer, I hope you can make your money son in mylot to buy it.

Yes, a printer is very important especially if you have students in the house like your kids. It is very much useful and one purchase can save you a lot of money. if you have some one else in the family who also needs the same way then you can opt for one printer,and even a scanner.Or you can buy some thing whihc has printer and scanner. And you can do some buxiness also with that,can have a board saying xerox and printing and scan.As only for your daughter projects investing thousands and after some time it would become idle if she not any more requires. Yes fanta dear, printer is also important. We are also planning on buying a printer but as of now my earnings from mylot alone could not cover paying for the printer cost. It's really expensive, but anyway it's my brother who wants to purchase one not me If you purchase a printer, it will really be useful and saves money on printing cost that your daughter normally needs since she's still studying and there's normally school projects. It definitely is. Specially for student who needs to print lots of paper works. If you purchase a printer for her, she need not to pay for the printing fee outside and you willll save in the long run since inks are becoming more and more inexpensive. There are also inks that are generic. You may want to use it after you warranty expires since after 1 year even if your printer got damage you will no longer be covered by warranty unless you extend it.

I think it is not better to buy a printer. I tell so because, A printer does not cost much but the Cartridges of a printer cost more. For my Hp printer Cartridges there is thousand five hundred rs which cost more. So i think it is better to have printing works from cafe .
