it's sooooooooo hard to lose weight

Do you sometimes feel you are bloated that you want to throw up all what you've taken up for the day? And you so guilty indulging those sinful chocolates, cakes, and other sweets? I sometimes feel this way. Disgusting... it is. I sorted to this slimming coffee that you would drink 30 minutes after your light breakfast. The effects are loss of appetite, mouth-dry... and this would result o weightloss. you will probably lose 2-3kgs after intake of 10 sachets of this coffee... i tried but and yeah lose those excess bulges. but after awhile of not drinking it, i gain again but not as much as before... lesson learned is that it takes STRICT SELF-DISCIPLINE and STRONG WILL to achieve whatever your goals are. Whether short-term or long term. Care to share your tips on losing weight healthily?

What I am doing to loose weight is not eating carbs and not eating with sugar or salt, and going to the gim so I think I will loose the pounds I need to.

hello there. i do have experience like yours. i was ovrweight before but i already lose weight. what i did was, i bought this slimming coffee, but to no avail i only experienced dry mouth and i always vomit if i eaten more. so, for medical reasons i stop it. it might cause irritation in my throat and stomach as well depriving myself for proteins and vitamins from the foods. then, i saw slimming capsules in the net. i bought 2 boxes. and i love it. no dry mouth experienced and no vomiting of course,, it just like i used to defecate every after eating. and after 2 months i lose 10 kilos. and i love it. but now, i already stop taking these capsules as some professional said it can give me some medical problems in a later time. so i just tried my self to control eating. not being choosy but just being a healthy eater. i prefer foods that are less in cholesterol. and everytime i buy foods, i always check the back portion of the box. i always prefer foods that are lower in calories, salt, sugar and cholesterol. and now, i stayed with my slimmer body.and i guess it is more on perseverance and goal-setting!!
