I just really like Yoga

Whenever I do Yoga I always feel I have done something very good for myself and am happy that I have done this for my mind and body since it does help both. I don't practice like I used to since I have suffered some physical problems and must be much more careful now but I am happy with whatever i can still do now with this physical problem of mine now. Yoga has been great for me as well, being that I have always been prone to anxiety and depression and it also helps my focus and flexibility for my dancing. Unfortunately, however, I have not taken a class in years and I hope I will be able to start up again before too long!
It's great that you are feeling the benefits despite your limitations and hopefully Yoga can have a healing effect on you physically somehow as well.

Thanks I hope that practicing yoga will help with more time with it again now, and I believe all of can go back to something we used to know like yoga it will just take more time and patience to get back where we would like to be or to set new goals of where you should be now too. I hope you find this too:)

I also really enjoy yoga. I started when I was about 12 or 13. It is really relaxing and fun. It is my favorite type of exercise. Many people do not know the importance of keeping the spine limber. It still always surprises me anytime I come across a person who seems healthy, but can't even touch their own toes.

Hi,_sketch_ My Mother started showing me some Yoga poses and stretches when I was very young too, even some ballerina poses too. I always loved this and still do today, it surprises me a bit when healthy people can't touch there toes too. I do think this is from not stretching enough and harming them selves somehow though. Or perhaps a weight gain too can also make this pretty tough to do. Thanks,A.B.

I love doing yoga it is so relaxing and helps me feel 10 times better after I finish a routine. I have been able to do yoga for 45 minutes to an hour. It is low impact and doesn't put strain on my muscles and I brings my focus back to where it needs to be. It has to be my favorite thing to do to work out.

I am practing yoga for quite sometime now.
I can say that it had changed my life dramatically.
yoga helps reduce stress with it is combination of
physical postares.Regular practice develops a calm mind.

Yes I am doing yoga with http://www.ataia-yoga.ch/ on a daily basis. And I feel good whole day. It provides positive energy and calm mind. I love yoga.
