Your Opinion of Viral Traffic? Why I Quit MyViralSurfer.com

I'm afraid 'viral traffic' is more "machines scanning my pages" than "people actually reviewing the page's content."
An example: ScreenBlaze---most of the 'traffic' from that being "your page flashing on other users' screensavers for a minute during their time AWAY FROM the computer." It's still the best use of my computer's energy while I'm away from it, so I still use it;
but I don't know why anyone would surf 'like that' while actually at their computer, much less -why they would stop at MY page while they were (mindlessly?) cruising the Internet!
I guess that is to say that I'm only interested in PEOPLE-traffic, not VIRUS-traffic. Sure, I suppose most search-engines don't differentiate between the two and DO count 'virus-machine-traffic' like its page-downloads are just as valid as people-machine-traffic's (a division that's blurred by programs like MyViralSurfer, in which people surf 'like machines would' -except also verifying their "human").
Kind of a Catch-22, in that 'insuring all the traffic they counted was non-viral' would slow the search-engine down, making a "real" search-rating to cause the engine to be less-useful.
