For so many different reason's now, since childhood she has always been in my corner when I needed most. When scared or lost she found me comforted me and was the only one to ever understand my unique and great personality and she encouraged my creative sides and even my wishful dreaming side too. Unlike others who would say no way, you are just dreaming, this will never happen for so just give up already now. She still believes in me and is on my side even today too. When I am on the computer earning not what others in the family would like me to earn for what I do. She always is in my corner and says just leave her alone let her do what she needs to do now. This makes my step-Dad so upset and jelous since he thinks she never supports him like this but she always does so it makes no sense to either of us at all then. He won't see what a big kind caring heart she has at times. Big mistake, she will not be taken for granted either I can tell you that much. My younger Brother and Sister never could understand there relationship but I do very well. It is not always good but it is what they are both so used to and they just know that nobody else would put up with what they put one another through there is allot of love there still too. So like most marriages it takes allot of work and understanding, compromising too of course. I and my siblings just so desperately wish that Mom had to do a bit less of this though and Dad helped out more for her too. Thanks,A.B.

Our mother is really our best friend. They are there in every ups and downs. With utmost care they raised us to be who we are. It is just sad that some people don't know how much sacrifice their mother had went through just to bring us in this world. from the day we were born, our mother has been with us every step of the way. Let us all love our mother and parents in general for they truly deserve it.

its good to have a mother like that, I think if people can always remember when they them-selves were young they can have a mother/friend relationship, it doesn't always work with some kids as they take the frienship part for granted and loses the parental repect of it, but I would say you are very lucky.

Thank you lilaclady, and I know some kids do take this friendship fro granted and don't respect there Mother's too. I have seen this, and even been accused of it myself too. Come to find out I had some similar mental and emotional problems as my Mother does so we are very much alike and one of us does not try to step on the other ones toes at times too. She is the Mother and I am the Daughter we both work on this at times since she did not have a good Mother relationship herself but had her Grandmother instead and she taught us to stay close to our Grandmothers too this way. A very special and strong woman, my Mother she is getting greater with age I think too. Thanks,A.B.

Hi boyuancy That is right you are a part of your Mother so why not be the best of friends, things where odd a bit for me for awhile this way too but then I put it more into perspective and realized I only ever get one of her I had better treasure this as long as I can before she is gone one day too. Thanks,A.B.

Wow..good to hear about you mother, her care, her love for you. Even my mother is my best friend. I love her so much. She helped me in my each and every need. Since childhood she cared me a lot, loved me so much and even now she cares me so much. In school, I used to suffer with stomach pain, used to miss my school bus, or if anyone annoyed me and many more would happen, soon as my mother get to know about this she would run and come to me. She would hug me and take me back to my home safely. When my dad used to scold me she would take my side. From break-fast till dinner, she would check whether I am having my food good or not. In each and every way my mother helped me so much. Every one's mother is good and caring. I wish the Mother's day would be celebrated every single day.

FearlessHunter, It sounds like we did have very similar mother's too. Mine always was there to comfort and shelter me from my Dad's scoldings and if I felt sick and bullied by other kids too. Then back home I came to be safe and happier again. Thanks,A.B.
